Update Notes

1. Changed the format from spreads to 8.5x11 PAGE format for easy printing
2. Updated some character sheets with missing skills
3. Fixed some of the numbering on Act II mission options
4. Fixed section on Lt. Mortons character sheet which contains minor spoiler
5. Reworked an element of Father Sutter's appeal to the Marshals to wait for his son, he now also dismisses the cult members in the room with him leaving him alone with the Marshals.
